The Stormers, still reeling from their loss to the Bulls at the weekend, suffered another injury setback.
Fullback Jaco Taute won't be available for the Stormers trip to Durban and a Round Three Super Rugby encounter Sharks.
Taute took a big knock to his groin region in the 17-25 loss to the Bulls in Pretoria.
Centre Juan de Jongh, who missed the trip to Pretoria with a hamstring strain,, trained on Monday.
However, his chances of playing in Durban will depend on how he gets through full training on Tuesday.
Prop Pat Cilliers' concussion test was positive on Monday - he showed no symptoms after taking a knock to the head against the Bulls.
Scrumhalf Nic Groom sat out training on Monday but he will be fine for selection against the Sharks.
