Argentina coach Santiago Phelan has already named his 30-man squad for the tournament, and Saturday's side for the match at the Millennium Stadium is thought to be the one he hopes to field against England in Dunedin on September 10.
The Pumas will conclude their preparations by facing Aviva Premiership club Worcester next week.
