Toulon and Argentina loose forward Juan Fernandez Lobbe is set to be out for the next six months after undergoing an operation on a knee injury on Tuesday.
Fernandez Lobbe, 29, underwent surgery to repair a ruptured anterior cruciate ligament in his left knee, an injury suffered during the recent World Cup in New Zealand.
The Argentine No.8 had been in great form for his country until he was struck down by the injury in their tense game against Scotland and as a result will spend the next six months on the sideline, unanvailable for the French glamour club.
