France have made changes to the team that lost to Ireland without scoring a try. Last week's captain Tom Ecochard drops to the bench. Out go wing Jean-Yves Zebango, flyhalf Clément Otazo and the whole front row. Jonathan Danty moves to right wing and inside centre Ilian Perraux moves to flyhalf. Pascal Cotete and come off the bench and Taofifenua into the side.
Italy are looking for a chance get onto the track after two postponed matches.
