London Welsh have signed wing Seb Stegmann from Harlequins in a deal that starts immediately.
Stegmann, 23, has signed a contract lasting until 2015 and arrives at the Exiles having scored 11 tries in 35 appearances for Aviva Premiership champions Quins.
"Seb will add a lot of strength to our squad. He's had a very promising career up till now and will benefit from playing more games," Welsh head coach Lyn Jones said.
