Scotland international Hugo Southwell returns at full-back, with Richard Haughton moving to the right wing and Chris Mayor playing wide on the other side.
Having come off of the bench to score a try in the victory over Bordeaux last weekend, Dom Waldouck earns himself a start in the centres alongside Chris Bell, who returns after being rested.
Nic Berry returns to the side at scrum half while there is one change in the front row, with Bob Baker joining Tom Lindsay and Zak Taulafo.
The final change sees Matt Everard comes in at openside flanker.
"To go out to France last weekend and win the way we did was a great result," Wasps director of rugby Dai Young said. "However, winning out there is pointless unless we back it up with a win at home.
"It is a test mentally to be expected to win a game as we are this weekend and we have failed that test recently when we hosted Newport Gwent Dragons in the LV=Cup so I am looking to the boys to have learnt from that lesson and prove that we are moving forward with a result this weekend."
