However, the hooker has vowed to continue to work hard behind the scenes for the club as they continue their fight against relegation.
"I'm really disappointed that I won't play for Wasps again and it's a frustrating way to end my playing career with the club," Webber told the club's official website.
"I will absolutely be around the club from now until the end of the season and will do anything I can to help the squad in the final run-in."
