The fly-half is joined in the starting XV by Errie Claassens, Aleki Lutui and Chris Jones, while there is a further positional alteration.
With Marcel Garvey ruled out, Chris Pennell moves from full-back to cover on the wing.
"We will be without Marcel as he is still suffering from concussion sustained against Harlequins," said boss Richard Hill.
"First and foremost is the welfare of our players and Marcel will be given as much time as he needs to make a full recovery. This will mean a reshuffle in the back line."
Another Goode - this time Alex - will make his 100th appearance for Saracens.
The talented back, who came through the club's academy set-up, made his debut against Bristol in 2008 and has gone on to establish himself as a key member of the back division.
Goode will line-up in a Saracens side that has made five changes - with Ernst Joubert, Hugh Vyvyan and Will Fraser starting in the pack.
In the backs, Michael Tagicakibau comes in on the wing while centre Joel Tomkins will make his first start in the league.
