The European Cup, organisers of the Heineken Cup and the Amlin Challenge Cup, have announced the referees appointed to Rounds 5

Round 5 will be on 13-15 January 2012 and Round 6 on 20-22 January 2012.

Ireland's Dudley Phillips will make his Heineken Cup debut when he referees Montpellier vs Bath in Round 5.
