    After much debate, the results are in for the inaugural Southeastern Collegiate Rugby Conference Pre-Season Poll. It was a close seeding, though rounding out the top three in the West are Louisiana State, Auburn, and Alabama, with Tennessee, Florida, and South Carolina expected to sweep the East.

    California beat Arizona State, 59-7, Sunday on nine tries by six Golden Bears. Sophomore fullback Jake Anderson had a hat trick, junior outside center Seamus Kelly notched a pair of tries and senior flyhalf Alex Aronson made 8-for-9 conversions.

    California beat Arizona, 82-0, Friday night at Kino Stadium, as 10 Golden Bears scored a total of 12 tries. Wing Josh Tucker and flyhalf Alex Aronson scored two tries apiece, and Aronson converted 11-of-12 kicks for 32 points scored.

    Pac-12 Desert Weekend for Cal Rugby

    California will play its fifth and sixth Pac-12 member opponents this weekend when the Golden Bears visit the University of Arizona Friday, Feb. 3, for a 7 p.m. MT meeting at Kino Stadium, followed on Sunday, Feb. 5, by a clash with the Sun Devils at 1 p.m. MT on campus at Arizona State University.
