The Tigers reached a seventh-successive Grand Final last season after topping the league table while also making the last eight of the Heineken Cup, and success on the field yielded a turnover of £19.5million off it, an improvement of £1million on the figures for 2010.
Operating profits, meanwhile, almost doubled to £559,000 as revenues from ticket sales rose by 5% with an 11% increase in revenues from conferences and events.
Leicester's executive chairman Peter Tom said: "It has been another successful year for Leicester Tigers.
"The growth in turnover and increased profits reflect the commitment and hard work of everyone at the club, as well as the standing of the Tigers and their relationships with investors, sponsors, commercial partners, season ticket holders and all our supporters.
"I would like to thank everyone involved for playing their part in our success, not just in the last 12 months, but over many years."
The Welford Road club announced that Tom Scott will join the board with immediate effect as a non-executive director, with head of operations Simon Cohen doing likewise as acting chief operating officer
Tigers also revealed their desire to strengthen their senior management by appointing a chief executive, with the search for a suitable candidate already under way.
The chief executive role, which will be more heavily defined, has been vacant since former England hooker Peter Wheeler, now an executive director, stood down to move to a rugby director role in February 2010.
