Juan Martin Hernandez will start at fly-half for Racing Metro 92 when they host Saracens in the Heineken Cup on Saturday (kick-off 3.40pm).
Sebastien Descons will replace injured France scrum-half Maxime Machenaud to partner Hernandez at half-back, whilst Benjamin Fall moves to full-back and Argentina international Juan Imhoff starts on the right wing at Stade de la Beaujoire in Nantes.
Dimitri Szarzewski leads the forward pack but former Bath fly-half Olly Barkley has to settle for a place on the bench.
Meanwhile, with Saracens only two points ahead of their French rivals and three points ahead of Munster the fixture is a crucial one.
When the two sides met in Brussels back in October, Saracens won 30-13 yet Racing will be full of confidence after last weekend when they became the first side to beat Top 14 leaders Toulon at home in over a year.
Rhys Gill, Chris Ashton, Richard Wigglesworth and Mouritz Botha all return to the starting line-up for Saracens from the side that beat Sale Sharks last weekend.
Among the replacements there are also changes, with hooker John Smit returning and named on the bench alongside Mako Vunipola and Neil de Kock who started the game against Sale.
