Joining the full-back in committing their futures to the Stoop are Darryl Marfo, Joe Trayfoot and Academy members Charlie Walker and Jack Clifford.
The quintet have represented England at a range of age levels and have played in the LV= Cup victories over Bath and Northampton before Christmas.
Full-back Lindsay-Hague has also been in Conor O'Shea's first-choice squad in the Aviva Premiership and Heineken Cup this season.
All five were integral in the club's Aviva 'A' League campaign and Final triumph over Saracens Storm in December, with Marfo and former Millfield School full-back Lindsay-Hague each scoring a brace of tries.
Academy Manager Tony Diprose said: "I am delighted that these exciting young players have further committed themselves to Harlequins.
"They are critical to the continued success of the club, demonstrate the wealth of talent coming through and I have no doubt that they will all play a major role in working to keep Harlequins at the top of the game in England and Europe."
