Edinburgh forwards Roddy Grant and Lewis Niven are expected to miss the rest of the season after undergoing surgery.
Back-row Grant, 26, has been playing with a wrist injury throughout this season, with the decision taken to repair a torn ligament at the end of January.
Prop Niven, 24, ruptured his bicep representing the Edinburgh Accies in the Premiership last month.
The pair hope to be fit again in time to take a full part in pre-season training with the club ahead of next season.
