London Irish will look to capitalise on recent form and pull away from their relegation rivals when they host Worcester in the Premiership.
The Exiles have won six of their last 10 outings as they start to move away from bottom club London Welsh and build momentum.
Worcester were 35-11 victors when the sides met in the fifth round of the season and the Warriors will look to complete their first league double over the Exiles on Saturday.
However, they take to the road having not won away from home since New Year's Day 2012.
In contrast the hosts have won their last four games at the Madejski Stadium while Worcester have not managed to secure victory away to the Exiles since 2005.
Lock George Skivington, who has signed a new contract, will captain London Irish with Bryn Evans, Matt Gervey, Ofisa Treviranus and Hala'ufia all joining him in the pack.
Shane Geraghty and Guy Armitage are partnered together in the centres while Jonathan Joseph returns from injury to be named amongst the Exiles' replacements.
Paul Hodgson is selected at scrum-half for the Warriors as he faces the Exiles for the first time since leaving Sixways.
Worcester coach Richard Hill has made just one change in the forward line, John Andress replacing Euan Murray at tighthead prop.
Chris Jones and Semisi Taulava have both passed fitness tests and feature amongst the replacements for the Sixways side.
