The Crusaders are aiming to put out an unchanged team to face the Reds in the Final of the Super Rugby competition at Suncorp Stadium in Brisbane on Saturday.

Scrumhalf Andy Ellis (knee and shoulder bruising) will play if he gets through a fitness session.

He has been bracketed with Kahn Fotuali'i.

Lock Luke Romano trained with the team on Wednesday after staying an extra night in South Africa due to chicken pox. He has been bracketed on the reserves bench with Chris Jack.

Crusaders coach Todd Blackadder said the team was looking forward to the match on Saturday.

"We've had a good week here in Brisbane and the players look full of energy," he said.

"It's going to be a great occasion and we know there will be a lot of Crusaders fans at the ground cheering us on."
