New Leopards flank to tackle WP

The Leopards have made only one change for their first home match of the Currie Cup against western Province on Friday.

After a humbling 40-12 defeat to the Free State Cheetahs last weekend in Bloemfontein, the men from Potchefstroom will be desperate for a better showing.

The only change to the side is on the side of the scrum, where Philip de Wet takes over at flank from former Lions loose forward Renaldo Bothma, who left the field with an injury against the Cheetahs.

There are no changes to the bench for the match, and the Leopards will be bracing themselves for a possible Province backlash following their draw with Griquas.
