The schools are back in action. There were wonderful upsets in the Western Cape, just to ensure that we remember that rugby can be unpredictable. There were also two FNB Classic Clashes. Then there are Beeld Final winners in the various provinces.

The big result was probably much-criticised Paul Roos's win over Bishops. Basil Bey, legendary schoolboy coach, was at the match and said that Paul Roos were magnificent in the second half when they played into the wind and scored 31 points.
