There will be a big crowd at the Boland Stadium in Wellington on Saturday for the FNB Classic Clash between two Wellington schools, Bergrivier and Weltevrede, enthusiastic rivals.

The 1st XV match will be in the late afternoon but all the fun of the day starts early and players and spectators will be in from 08.00 onwards.

Both sides have done well this year. Weltevrede are unbeaten but then they have played few matches. Bergrivier have lost a couple. Still this is regarded as a close contest - 'anybody's game'.

Weltevrede expect their pack to do well while Bergrivier have hopes for their backs, especially their inside centre Lehnrho Julies who was in the Boland Academy Week side this year, the only one of the two teams to earn representative honours. The captain and scrumhalf Brendon Fortuin will be playing in the derby for the third year running.
