The Blue Bulls kept their slim play-off hopes alive when they edged Western Province 28-20 in a thrilling Currie Cup match at Loftus Versfeld on Saturday.
The teams scored three tries each, in a game in which the Bulls took a healthy 17-3 half-time lead, and then held on in the face of a ferocious second-half comeback by the Cape Town outfit.
