The date for Stormers captain Schalk Burger to resume his playing career remains a mystery.
This emerged after it was revealed by coach Allister Coetzee on Monday that Burger's calf tweak has developed into a "strain".
Burger has not played since he underwent surgery for a knee injury he suffered in the opening round of the 2012 Super Rugby season.
He was named captain for the 2013 season, despite his appearances on the training field having been curtailed by the calf injury.
