Irish province Connacht will make their debut in the Heineken Cup when they run out against English rugby's league leaders Harlequins at the Twickenham Stoop on Friday.

The Irish provinces will all compete in the Heineken Cup for the first time - with Connacht as the tournament's newcomers - after Leinster lifted the Heineken Cup final in 2011.
