Irish province Connacht will make their debut in the Heineken Cup when they run out against English rugby's league leaders Harlequins at the Twickenham Stoop on Friday.
The Irish provinces will all compete in the Heineken Cup for the first time - with Connacht as the tournament's newcomers - after Leinster lifted the Heineken Cup final in 2011.
The 'Quins, who lifted the Amlin Challenge Cup trophy for a third time with a victory over Stade Français in Cardiff last season, are unbeaten in the English Premiership this season, having won all eight of their league games.
But this game will see two former Irish team-mates - Eric Elwood, the Connacht coach, and Connor O'Shea, the 'Quins chief - locked in a battle of wits in the English capital city.
