Pool 1 leaders Stade Francais eased to a 57-0 victory over Italian side Crociati in Parma on Saturday.
Morgan Turinui, Julien Arias and Alexander Rokobaro crossed for first half scores for the visitors to give them a 17-0 lead at the break.
The second period was much the same with captain Sergio Parisse scoring just after the interval. Rokobaro grabbed his second before Parisse rounded off his brace.
Antoine Durban scored the French side's seventh try and that was quickly followed by Djibril Camara's touchdown.
Rokobaro secured his hat-trick with seven minutes to go to round off a comfortable win for last season's beaten finalists.
Pool 3
Bordeaux-Begles claimed their first victory in the Amlin Challenge Cup this season with a bonus-point win over Italian side Rugby Rovigo.
The visitors opened the scoring with a drop-goal from flyhalf Nicolas Sanchez after four minutes.
The next score didn't come until just before the break when Vungakoto Lilo touched down for the opening try. Sanchez again was on form with the boot, converting to give his side a 10-0 lead at the break.
Rovigo hit straight back after the interval with wing Riccardo Pavan touching down and German Bustos adding the extras.
From that point on though it was one-way traffic, with Bordeaux crossing for three more tries. Manu Saubuisse, Francaois Tisseau and Camille Lopez all claiming tries with Sanchez adding the extras with the boot.
Pool 5
Brive continued their unbeaten start to the Amlin Challenge Cup with 47-18 victory away to CR La Vila.
Wing Jacque Boussuge grabbed a hat-trick in the match as Brive ran in seven tries. He opened the scoring with a try after four minutes, which was converted by Benjamin Caminati, but that was soon pegged back by two penalties from La Vila flyhalf Nicholas McCashin.
Guillaume Namy crossed for a converted try for Brive but once again the Spanish side struck straight back with a score of their own through Marcos Poggi.
Brive then touched down for two quick tries before the break to put them in the ascendency. Boussuge grabbed his second before Louis Acosta got his name on the score-sheet.
Brive struck early in the second period as well, Sevanaia Galala grabbing their fifth try which again was converted by Caminati. Galala secured his brace ten minutes later before Boussuge collected his hat-trick with his third score.
La Vila, through Juan Manuel Quirante had the last say with a try just before the final whistle.
Pool 2
Lyon recorded their first victory of the campaign with a comfortable victory over Petrarca.
Wing Mosese Ratuvou opened the scoring with an early try for the hosts which was converted by former England fullback Marc Van Gisbergen.
Lyon then stretched their advantage as Nicolas Raffault touched down. Van Gisbergen missed the conversion but slotted home a penalty for his side a few minutes later.
Petrarca No.8 Dion John Kingi grabbed a try back for the visitors and Eoghan Hickey added the extras and then kicked a further penalty.
But it was Van Gisbergen who had the last say of the half kicking another three points for Lyon.
Two penalties from Hickey at the start of the second period narrowed the deficit but Lyon responded with three points from Van Gisbergen and then a further penalty from the boot of Lee Thomas.
Replacement Coenraad Basson rounded off the scoring with a try late on.
Pool 3
Bayonne won the battle between the top two in Pool 3, taking a 19-11 victory over London Wasps.
Flyhalf Benjamin Boyet opened the scoring for Bayonne with an early penalty. His opposite number Nicky Robinson then levelled things up with three points of his own before kicking his second penalty to push Wasps into the lead.
Yoann Huget grabbed the games opening try and Boyet's conversion and then later penalty gave the hosts a 13-6 advantage at the break.
The French fly-half kicked all the early points in the second period as well as Bayonne's dominance told.
Elliot Daly grabbed a late try for Wasps but Robinson missed the conversion and in doing so missed the opportunity for the bonus point.
The sides meet in the return fixture at Adams Park on Thursday.
