Rhys Webb, the Ospreys scrumhalf has been cited for late tackling/charging an opponent in the Pro12 encounter with Connacht in Galway last Saturday.
Webb has been cited under Law 10.4 (e) and 10.4 (o), for an incident that took place in the seventh minute of the match won 17-6 by Ospreys.
The date of the hearing for the player has yet to be confirmed.
The the hearing will be held in front of an independent three-man disciplinary panel appointed by David Martin, Chairman of the Celtic Rugby Disciplinary Panel.
