The withdrawal of the Sharks from the annual pre-season Cape Town based tournament will see the Stormers take on the Lions and the Cheetahs.
The series has been reduced from three fixtures to two, both of which will take place at Newlands.
The Stormers will tackle the Lions in the opener on Friday, January 27 and then the Cheetahs on Saturday, February 4. The games form an important part of each of the teams preparation for the rigours of Super Rugby.
The matches will offer the Newlands faithful the chance to see how their side are shaping up for the new season with a host of youngster looking to impress the coaches.

Friday, January 27: Stormers v Lions (kick-off 19.00)
Saturday, February 4: Stormers v Cheetahs (kick-off 17.00)
