Alberts back as Sharks bench Boks

The Sharks welcome big Willem Alberts back into their pack to face the Lions in Durban on Saturday, while three Springboks have been benched to add some firepower in the second half.

Despite seeing yellow last week Ross Skeate retains his place in the second row and will need to watch his discipline on Saturday.

"Like us, the Lions have picked up a couple of injuries, but this is a different competition with different circumstances from the Currie Cup last year," Coach John Plumtree told the Sharks official website. "We're two-nil down and looking for a win, and it's going to be hugely important for us this weekend. Rugby is a confidence game, so it's important for both teams to get a result.

"They will know that there is a fair bit of pressure on us, so they will expect us to be pretty desperate."
