Grant pivotal to Stormers

Experienced flyhalf Peter Grant is back in the No.10 jersey for the Stormers for this weekend's clash with the Blues at Newlands.

Grant recently returned to Cape Town from his second stint with Japanese side Kobe Steel, and was quickly rushed into the side to face the Sharks in Round Two.

Coming off the bench the 27-year-old produced one of his trade mark calm and collected performances that included kicking the winning points to defeat the Durban side.

Young pivot Gary van Aswegen drops out of the starting line-up and takes up a place on the bench.

The rest of the side remains unchanged from the team that took on the Sharks.

Springbok centre Juan de Jongh is in the midfield with skipper Jean de Villiers, and has re-committed to the Cap Town franchise by signing a new contract.
